To support clients through the design and selection process, A3 Development, LLC offers a full‑service showroom featuring cabinetry, flooring, tile, countertops, and curated design options. Our showroom provides a welcoming space where clients can explore materials, compare styles, and make confident choices with guidance from our knowledgeable team.
A3 Development, LLC is owned and operated by Emad M. Alaweneh, CBO, whose expertise in construction, inspections, and building code compliance ensures every project is completed the right way — safely, professionally, and with lasting quality.

Emad M. Alaweneh is the owner of A3 Development, LLC. With years of experience in construction, inspections, and local government service, Emad has built a reputation for doing things the right way — with honesty, precision, and respect for the families and businesses he serves.
As a Fayetteville local, Emad understands the needs of the community firsthand. His work reflects a dedication to safe building practices, clear communication, and long‑lasting craftsmanship. Whether he’s guiding clients through a renovation or overseeing a new build, Emad brings a steady, knowledgeable presence to every project.
Outside of work, Emad is a true family man. You’ll often find him in the garage working on his Chevy trucks or spending time with his wife, Nicole, and their two children.
Nicole Alaweneh, LSSGB
Chief Operating Officer
Nicole Alaweneh serves as the Chief Operating Officer of A3 Development, LLC, bringing 25 years of management and operational leadership to the company. As a Certified Lean professional, she oversees office operations, project coordination, workflow optimization, and customer experience, ensuring every part of the business runs efficiently and with purpose.
Nicole leads with a focus on clarity, organization, and continuous improvement — supporting both the team and clients through structured processes, strong communication, and a commitment to excellence.
When she’s not managing projects or strengthening A3’s operations, Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband, Emad, and their two children — traveling, creating memories, and staying active in the community.
Michael Hudson
Sales Manager
Michael Hudson brings over 30 years of leadership, team coordination, and customer satisfaction experience to A3 Development. With a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to quality, he leads sales operations for our flooring, cabinet, and countertop showroom, ensuring every client receives knowledgeable guidance and a seamless selection experience.
Throughout his career, Michael has managed departments, led high‑performing teams, and streamlined operations with precision and clear communication. His proactive, people‑focused leadership style makes him an ideal fit for A3’s mission to serve clients with integrity and excellence.
In his role as Sales Manager, Michael oversees showroom sales, supports clients through product selections, and helps ensure each project reflects the craftsmanship and standards A3 is known for.
Jamie Thomison
Project Coordinator
Jamie joined A3 Development in April 2025 as our Office Coordinator and was recently promoted to Project Coordinator. With her experience managing new customers and schedules, you’ll often see her out on project sites making sure everything is running smoothly and that project needs are met.
Jamie is dedicated to understanding each client’s needs and ensuring they feel supported and valued throughout their project. She is deeply committed to her community and actively serves through outreach efforts with her church family. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her church community, cherishing every opportunity to share joy and connection.
